GEMS - Government Employee Manangement System


The Government Employees Management System is specially designed to suit the needs of a Central/State Government organisation. The software allows the user to manage information regarding employees in an organised and effective manner through user-friendly interfaces and tailor made modules.

The reports generated from the software regarding Payroll have been approved by Central/State Government Pay and Accounts office. The software is current being used by more than 45 Government agencies/offices.

The latest version of GEMS is browser based system available as SAAS. It has all the features of GEMS ver 1.2 + much more. The system has moved from basic payroll to a complete MIS with a lot of security features. The maker checker concept has been introduced whereby if set on by the administrator, every major entry or change like promotion/ transfer/ increment /pay details modifications/ suspensions /suspensions revoked, etc will be made effective only when a supervisor/officer ( checker ) approves of the same.

New modules for top management have been designed like the bulk transfer module, relieving orders and joining (at new post), posting employees within the commissionerate, bulk increments, etc. New MIS reports have been designed to assist management in posting employees at the right post.

OW-ASP top 10 vulnerabilities - International Security Standards has being used to make the system as safe as possible on the internet. In addition if required the system can restrict users based on IP address so that the system can only be accessed by the Government office PCs, or pre registered PCs, etc.
